I paid €0.10 to download a compressed PDF without any prior mention of further charges. It seemed like a small amount, so I paid it, but 24 hours later they attempted to charge €49.50! My bank blocked the transaction, and I've documented my communication with them. It appears that similar scams are occurring globally with sites of similar names.
