It was advertised as FREE. But there was a small charge. I proceeded to edit my file. Then it would not download from their server to my PC. Their Customer Support Team required a screenshot and all specs of my device. That did not help and they suggested numerous other steps for ME to solve the problem. I suggested that they email the edited file to me. They had all they needed but the answer was that they could not.
