I went on their site for the chat support and requested a refund to which I received an email response that they have processed a refund. However, I received another email from LISA at pdfpaw dot com saying that they have cancelled my subscription which literally just started today, Monday, but are unable to process a refund at this time.So for anyone reading, if you are looking to convert a PDF into an EPUB like I did once, let me save you the trouble and unnecessary expense, use FREE CONVERT DOT COM instead.Trust me when I say, the above site has converted the same document the same way as pdfpaw BUT for FREE with no unexpected charges in case you forget to cancel your free trial like I did.
