We paid a one time $1 fee, never providing our email or creating an account and now have been charged an extra 2 times without our knowledge. They continue to take money from our account on bi-weekly basis.I would like to add that they use AI chatbots posing as humans, and consistently send the same response. They refunded one of the amounts but continue repeating that "as per their policy" only the "last payment made within 30 days" would be refunded. Even though they have charged us twice fraudulently. should this continue we will be reporting them.
