I aimed to convert a PNG to JPG and thought I was purchasing a limited use plan for $1.99, but I was charged $39.99 instead. After contacting the support team on 12/22/25, I was assured a refund within 5 to 7 business days. As of 01/13/26, I am still waiting. This service seems to employ misleading practices, and I cannot recommend it.
