Used names File-edit and PDF Support. They keep trying to take £46.45 as a monthly prescription that is did not knowingly authorise. The got my card details from a trial, and have since repeatedly tried to take money from the card. 1st time they did this using file-edit.com, and my card issuer reversed the charge and I got my money back. The card issuer blocked further payments. However, another charge from PDF Support was taken, and again my card issuer reversed the charge and put another block on them as they confirmed it was linked to file-edit.com. You need to report this direct to your card issuer. I had used a credit card so I was able to get the charges back for every transaction. Such a company should be avioded at all costs.
