We’ve been without water since 30/03 (over 9 days) and the issue is still not resolved. Multiple contractors attended but only took photos and flagged it as a specialist issue without properly escalating it, so nothing progressed.
It is completely unacceptable to be left without water for this length of time.
This has caused significant inconvenience and should have been handled properly from the start. Urgent resolution is still needed.
