Wouldn’t even give this housing association a star . Wrote a review which they replied to asking for me to call them and the situation would be resolved . Shock nothing was done their repairs team came out and said I needed new plaster boards which Peabody have to request and let me tell you they do not want to spend the money! Bearing in mind their contractor caused this leak. Over a year now and they still have not repaired my ceiling . I’ve had to get a solicitor involved for new windows as my kids are constantly sick . The report from their own surveyor states they are below modern standards and a lot of drafts and condensation comes through . My kitchen is old and falling to pieces I have asked when I am due a new kitchen which I am just not getting anywhere . I wish I could upload these pictures !!!Can someone please call me that actually knows what they are doing.
