I ordered five calenders on October 31st. I still have not received them. Do not even bother trying to reach customer service. There isn't any. I believe, although their marketing is excellent, and the site looks legitimate, they are in China, and I may not receive the order. If I do, I am guessing by previous reviews, the quality is going to be awful. So I would say, although they have cool looking things, and excellent marketing, they are a low quality, merchandiser, who will never respond to you. I will file a complaint with my credit card company for a refund. But am hoping by writing this, I prevent someone else from this hassle....
