The review I posted was removed, highlighting the ability of some agencies to eliminate negative feedback while retaining positive ones. I worked for this agency briefly, and was instructed to conduct property inspections with only 24 hours notice to the tenant, regardless of their acknowledgment. There seemed to be little regard for safety or the tenant's right to privacy. Additionally, the office's sense of 'humor' was highly inappropriate.
