I'm extremely disappointed with peachy games. I have held an account with them for a while now and never faced any issues depositing or withdrawing until now. I played on Saturday and decided to withdraw my balance of £300 at 12 midday, normally my payments go in within 2 hours but maximum 24 hours. By Sunday afternoon no funds had arrived so contacted peachy live chat the advisor told me there had been an issue with world pay and I needed to provide BACS details for the withdrawal to be re processed! Nowhere on your online account does it show any of this information..the withdrawal displays as processed but clearly it's not...I wouldn't have know if I hadn't contacted them! It is now Monday and I still do not have the funds I'm furious with how the situation has been handled and it seems very suspicious that I can't see any trail of this on my account! Won't be playing with peachy again and will advise others to avoid I've played many times and this has been the first time an issue has been created getting my money back!
