Auto verification failed (which it never has anywhere else). All my details were double checked when signing up as well. I know the details were correct because I had to use them to pass security questions by email. I requested that they provide the details I signed up with, so I could advise of any mistakes, but they refused. I begrudgingly sent ID and got an email saying my account is now verified. 1 hour later I got another email asking for the same ID again, but also a picture of me holding it! Absolute disgrace of an experience.
