I can happily say that 11 weeks in, I’m down 13kg, and a recent DEXA scan revealed I’m sitting at 11% body fat for the first time ever.This has definitely been one of the best decisions I’ve made. There was no hype, no extremes, and no pressure to do more just for the sake of it. Progress came from doing the right things consistently, not pushing harder or sacrificing more.That approach has completely changed how I think about training and nutrition.
