I went into peak physique without really knowing what to expect, but it didn’t take long to realise this was different . Everything is laid out clearly and actually fits into real life . It’s straight forward, makes sense and doesn’t take over your life . That’s been the biggest difference for me . I’ve struggled in the past staying consistent on my own , but this set up makes it much easier to stick to . I finally feel confident in what I’m doing and where my physique is heading .
