I recently made an order for shampoo and on the day of delivery, I wasn't at home, so I chose to redirect the parcel to a local parcel shop. Unfortunately, on the DHL website, it had a shop down as a point to select but it wasn't actually a parcel place to collect. As soon as this was flagged by Peanut and Pickle. They were straight on the case and I cannot praise them enough for how much they made me feel valued as a customer and ensuring that they kept an eye on where the parcel was. Abigail at customer services emailed me daily to update me on the information she had available and even once the parcel was delivered, she made sure to ask if the shampoo was in good order and everything. I am very happy with how everything was handled and I received my parcel so thank you Peanut and Pickle. I'll be making my next order shortly.
