When I lived in Chicago, I used their service all the time and I never had a situation where they were out of a product I really like their easy to use website where it remembers past purchases and you can add things to your favorites which made it easy to reorder. I've used them several times now in Milwaukee and they still have great professional delivery personnel - the only time I missed a delivery is when I had a new phone turned on off by mistake. :)Now I'm stuck with Instacart and Shipt, which are not high rated on Trustpilot. Peapod is a couple of dollars more for delivery but its's better than the instacart people who tell me I need to come get what they delivered - Apparently they don't understand door to door delivery.Personally, I order so I don't have to shop, while the other grocers text me anxiously saying they are out of something - making me anxious in the whole process!
