I made an order and cancelled it shortly afterwards. The company confirmed cancellation but still sent me the products. I’ve been fighting with them for weeks to send me a return shipping label as it was there error and shipping is overseas. They will not even provide a return shipping address. They’ve only offered to refund me 40% to keep the product. Now I question if the pearls are even authentic.
