The platform was required for my university course and was initially provided for free. After the class ended, I was transitioned to a paid subscription without my consent. It's frustrating that this subscription isn’t refundable either! Misleading practices for a company that claims to support students are disappointing. It's no surprise their reviews are poor. Avoid this service.
