I've never encountered a subscription that couldn't be canceled. Not being able to cancel after 14 days (without seeking a refund) is unacceptable. You can't even remove your payment method to prevent unauthorized charges. I urge anyone considering this service for books to think twice. There are numerous alternatives available. This company prioritizes profit over customer care.
