The entire examination process was extremely unprofessional. I was not allowed to wait in the lobby despite many empty seats. The testing environment was chaotic, with constant distractions and inadequate time to complete tasks. I also witnessed someone lose their exam fee due to a minor document issue. A complete waste of money and time.
