The platform was necessary for my university course and was initially free. After the course ended, I was switched to a paid subscription without my consent. It’s frustrating that this subscription isn't refundable! Misleading practices for a service that claims to support students are unacceptable. It's no wonder their reviews are poor. Avoid this service.
