UPDATEI contacted the customer service department and sent them photos of the broken feeders, they sent me 4 of the black plastic connectors but it was impossible for me to fit them onto the holders, they have now sent me two new feeders which so far are fine, so I am keeping fingers crossed. I have purchased 2 of your nugget feeders and both times they have only lasted a few days before the hanging attachment has come off. The feeder itself is really sturdy but that's no good if you can't hang it up. They are quite pricey too, so it's very disappointing
