I ordered an E1500LFP on January 21, and from the very beginning I did not receive any order confirmation or order number to my email (including spam).
After 15 days, I contacted the seller to request my tracking number, as due to blackouts in Ukraine I urgently needed the station for basic survival needs. Instead of providing clear information, they responded with generic, scripted messages saying that my model was out of stock and, as an apology, they could upgrade me to a more powerful model at no additional cost, with expected shipping at the end of February or beginning of March.
I asked again for my original order number, but they replied that they had already updated my model and would send a new order number later. I clearly stated that I did not agree to any change and asked for my order number again — for the fifth time — otherwise I would contact my bank to request a refund.
After that, the communication stopped.
At this point, the bank has not yet refunded the money due to some document-related difficulties. I am left without the product, without my money, and without electricity.
