Unfortunately we've been unlucky on our side... we've had multiple issues in the flat we are renting that have been left unresolved for months on end despite us constantly chasing via emails and phone calls. There is a huge lack of communication between the agency, the tenants, and the landlord, resulting in no follow-ups and persistent lack of maintenance.We are sensible tenants who take excellent care of the flat and who always pay our rent and bills on time. It's been extremely disappointing to see an agency praising itself for its 'excellency' disregard tenant care in this manner.
