This is an appalling example of gross misconduct and theft, inaccurate data and crass representation. Unfortunately, there are many people who will use photos without permission, whether it’s because of ignorance or malicious intent. These personal photos have been "stolen" and reproduced without permission. The fact that you are reproducing my photos, displaying them publicly, distributing them to others, and creating derivative works from them is violating my copyright. From the moment you snap your photographs, they are protected: you don’t have to register them or mark them as copyrighted; they belong to you. Violating copyright is a crime. You have been asked to remove the photographs and data and you refuse to do so, therefore you will be subject to the law.
