I bought a pair of quirky Prada sunglasses online (as a present for my daughter) from a well-known high street store in their sale, and they arrived in their fancy box with several tiny screws which had fallen out. Thinking that any optician would easily fix them, I didn’t bother to return them - until after the “return” period had expired. Local optician refused to mend them, said they were “not allowed” to do this - and then I found Peep Eyewear online!
