The customer service rep I spoke with, "Julia," said that they could look into price matching me and giving me the sale price on a new order.I reached out a few days later...No reply. Sent another message another couple of days later. No reply. One last message (where I was upset because they hasn't refunded my entire balance yet, after a few weeks). No response, but at least I got all my money back within minutes of that email.They did finally refund my money but this was an all-around miserable experience. Their customer service is either understaffed or just doesn't care. I understand mistakes happen but radio silence from customer service just feels disrespectful. I was planning on spending hundreds of dollars at this site if I had a good experience, so I guess its their loss.TL;DR: Be careful about buying from Peepshow Toys.
