Ordered a necklace which also came with a €9 shipping cost and am still waiting over 3 weeks later. Every time I contacted them, they make an excuse or tell me that it was sent and that their emails must have “bounced back”? No tracking or details on delivery or when I will receive this item, so I’m not sure what the high shipping cost is for?Absolutely would not recommend this brand based on their service. Yet to see what the product is like, but based on one of the excuses they gave for why the shipping was delayed (because they didn’t like the quality of the ones they had) I am not optimistic.
