Now been waiting a few weeks and Kris Miles still not refunded.At this rate these Kris Miles will expire before Pelago responds.Be careful, book using the direct apps ie GetYourGuide or Viator, at least you can interact with agents, instantly, rather than Pelago ***ing stupid Bots !!Dragging Singalore Airlines reputation down the drain.
