I regret to share my disappointing experience with the migration consultants regarding my Canadian immigration process. I was told that a specific score would be sufficient, but later discovered that I needed much higher scores to improve my points. This critical information was not communicated to me upfront, and had I known, I wouldn't have moved forward with them. When I raised these concerns, the responses shifted, suggesting I aim for higher scores or rely on uncertain options. Additionally, they took a significant amount from me without providing any service. When I requested a refund, they cited a no-refund policy. I believe transparency and clear guidance are crucial in such an important process, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that.
