I placed an order on December 10, and the estimated delivery date is December 20. That date falls on a weekend, which means the birthday gift will not be delivered in time.This is not acceptable service for an $8.98 express shipping fee. A delivery window of 3–5 business days has clearly not been met.I find this very disappointing and would like an explanation!
