Extremely Poor Service – No Dispatch After 40+ Working DaysI placed an order with Pell Wall and was originally told the dispatch time would be 14–20 working days. After waiting the full 20 working days, I was then informed of further delays, and the timeline effectively extended to 40 working days.Even after this extended period, my order was still not dispatched.I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting updates. Initially, I received vague responses, but now they have completely stopped replying altogether.This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have now requested a full refund.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering, as the stated dispatch times are not reliable and customer service has been extremely poor.
