Caution for buyers! We purchased two beds for our hounds, but due to a family emergency, we couldn't test them immediately. The return policy is strict, with a 14-day limit and additional shipping and restocking fees. The beds must remain unused with tags attached, which is unrealistic for pets. My dogs refused to use the new beds and preferred to sleep on the floor instead. I suggest finding someone who actually owns one of these beds for an honest review. I wouldn’t be surprised if the reviews were manipulated.
