I had ordered the car pet bed and thought I ordered the medium but the small arrived. Once I contacted and heard back (it did take some time) Pelsbarn requested photos which I thought odd but did anyway. After a total of two weeks back and forth they replaced the bed with the correct size and my dog LOVES it! They also said to donate the bed that was too small which I did and because of my good experience and the fact that my dog loves the bed I purchased another one for inside the house. Overall it took much longer than expected to resolve the issue but I give them credit for doing the right thing and keeping a customer happy.
