Warning! You must pay for return shipping, and even after sending the item back, they do not issue refunds. I tracked my return and they received the jacket, yet no refund has been processed. Their email responses do not address my questions at all. This feels very suspicious, especially since the jacket was labeled as XL but fits more like a medium. Very concerning!
