In the last couple of years I have started to experience back pain and spasm, struggling through with a few exercises given to me by the health insurance physio etc and so taking weeks to fully recover each time. Most recently I triggered something a couple of days before a ski trip - in fear of missing out (I couldn't even face the plane never mind the slopes) I visited a physio who showed me my pelvis was out of line which was the cause and let me try a pelvipro. This device is amazing, it immediately moved my pelvis back in line (as demo by the physio) so I bought one and through use twice a day I quickly relieved the pain and was able to go from unable to sit or drive without pain on the Friday to managing a full week of skiing the next week ! I have continued to use it for a couple of weeks and am now feeling back to normal - much quicker than past experiences. Ive seen other reviewers being less positive - I do wonder if they are using it correctly, long enough or using it for the right issues. For me, with lower back pain and spasm, this device is a game changer and I won't let anyone tell me otherwise. Worth every penny if I can get back on the slopes / bike / to work faster and prevent recurrence. Now using before long bike rides, exercise or exertion as a preventative. Takes 2 mins - why wouldn't I ?
