Helpful staff whenever I had an issue whether that was over the phone or via email.My box was damaged on arrival, so a couple of smaller items were missing, but they were sent out immediately when I raised the issue and sent pictures of the damaged box.Only issue to mark it down to 4 star, is the choice of using a plastic strap for the Velcro on my jacket, after one wear it doesn’t even stick anymore.
