Bought a rain jacket online on Friday the 26th.Got an email to say it would be despatched on the 30th.Rang up today (30th) because I've had no confirmation of despatch.Told that it was out of stock (was in stock when I bought it) and wouldn't be back in stock until 15th. So I made the point it was in stock when I ordered it and I'd had confirmation of date to despatch.The response was "well it's now out of stock and we are where we are". I asked if I should really have been notified and the response was "probably"Terrible customer service from somebody who sounds like he doesn't give a toss. I hope calls are recorded.So it's probably going to be more likely 4 weeks by the time I get the jacket for something that should be 4 days.
