I ordered an item for the first time and received an email saying my next order would be processed shortly, along with a charge to my card. Upon checking the website, I found I had been signed up for automatic monthly orders. When I called the support number, it was disconnected. I had to skip each upcoming order date to avoid charges. I hope my subscription is canceled and my card isn’t charged, as I never authorized repeat orders. I've sent two emails and hope for a response to avoid losing money. I'm very dissatisfied and feel deceived.
