I gave it a few months to see if it would yield results. Initially, I noticed some improvement, but that quickly faded. It hasn’t helped with hunger, and I've experienced more gas and bloating than ever. If it works for others, that's great, but I believe it's more of a placebo effect. The cost does not justify the results for me, and I’m done with this service.
