We've been trying to get a bank loan for a year with no luck. It's been a combination of foreign assets/debts that drove all Danish banks away, even though we've had a solid income, nothing we did worked. I've contacted Pengerådgivning, and we've got to work with Morten Volfing, who was one of the nicest and most professional people I've worked with. He not only got us a deal in less than a week, but he also helped us further in the process of acquiring the property. Because of him, we now own a nice apartment, which we would otherwise not have. The service was not cheap, but all things considered, it was money well worth it. We're not planning to buy a new apartment anytime soon, but I'm looking forward to be working with Morten again sometime in the future.
