Based on this assurance, I trusted them and invested my money in ads.Unfortunately, due to their lack of effort, poor strategy, immature behaviour, and internal issues, the campaigns never generated proper or quality leads. As a result, my ad budget was wasted without any meaningful outcome or accountability.Support was extremely poor. There was no timely response, no proper guidance, and I had to constantly chase them for updates and replies. Instead of being proactive or taking responsibility, they showed a complete lack of support.What made the situation worse was their unprofessional and rude behaviour. Despite an ongoing commitment, they eventually ghosted me and stopped responding entirely, leaving the work incomplete and unresolved.I would not recommend Pennovate Agency to anyone looking for transparency, professionalism, accountability, or dependable ad management.
