The first 2 that arrived did not turn on no matter what was tried ( and boy did we try ) and therefore impossible to register with the app. After contact with Otiom support they dispatched 2 more on next day delivery at no extra cost. The post arrived with the new tested ones and in 10 seconds they turned on and were registed with the app. A paid for label was also provided by Otiom to send back the returns.
