Matt at Pentons was excellent, both in the information provided on my (first) new EV, a Citroen eC3, but he also went to extra trouble to fix a delivery date to tie in with the new registration year. In a busy showroom it's often difficult for the salesperson to appear as if time wasn't a problem. I certainly felt unhurried during the process.
