First time buying from penworld and they sent me a defective fountain pen, the TWSBI Eco. Skips and has hard starts despite having the proper angle, cleaned it before usage and saturating the feed. I emailed them and they said they will "forward it to TWSBI" whatever that means. I haven't had contact with them since, didn't even offer me a refund.Edit: They sent a refund without wanting me to send the pen back, saving everyone involved time, money and frustrations. I cannot say enough good things about Penworld, their customer service is indeed top of the world.
