This seller deserves less than a 1-star rating. Do not purchase from them; they fail to deliver what they showcased in their videos or on their website. I ordered a large room width extension rod for hanging clothes, which was shown being used by two people across a large space. Instead, I received a flimsy metal and plastic rod that barely extends 2 feet. Attempting to get a refund has been a nightmare; they keep sending the same response asking for my order number, which I've provided at least 15 times. They are dishonest and only interested in taking your money, leaving you with subpar products. I strongly urge you to steer clear of this company; they lack professionalism and seem like a scam operation.
