The mop was nothing but a toy and did not work, I wanted a refund and offered to return the toy. They issued a refund but kept $14.39 of the purchase price. It appears to me business is certainly not run according to ethical, normal business practices. BUYER BEWARE! I suggest you stay away from peonlyshop, also known as YC TECH. I felt scammed.
