I ordered a pair of stainless steel kitchen shears which they claim was delivered to an address that was very vague, exactly 30 days later. It was supposed to arrive at my residence where I lived 22 years and never lost a single package. When I contacted customer service, they cut and pasted the supposed package tracking log claiming that it was dropped off at my USPS mailbox. I contacted customer service thrice, they stop responding when I asked for a picture and address to confirm the item was delivered. I checked with USPS twice just to be sure but USPS said they cannot find the package or confirm without a USPS tracking number. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully they issue a full refund. Do not order from this site!
