It said package delivered, but it was not. Update: I did finally receive product. Original customer service prior to delivery was good. Once I reached out about the delivery being marked as complete but wasn't, I heard nothing. I also reported to UPS about the situation. Finally received product. While it may have been the fault of UPS (I don't know what happened still), the lack of any communication from the company made me wonder if I was being ripped off.I changed my rating to reflect the product quality and resolution of the original problem. I will continue to purchase from them.
