Horrible customer service experience with Amanda .. The man you claimed was blocked from your business probably had the same experience I did.. I have never seen a company get this offended over a problem with a product ,not listen to all my concerns and solely blame the customers, even tho it was concerning several produces , from the minute I opened the box. It was like she picked an argument with me,so she could then accuse me of being a disgruntle customer so that she didn’t have to honour the 30 day return policy. Every company has issues with their stock time to time, that's understandable, however it’s in the manner that it is dealt with that's important and shows the integrity of the company. If someone else from this company would like to contact me and resolve this matter in a professional manner id be very happy to do so. But if not that's okay to. I have been in touch with people in Ontario to file a formal complain, so the ball is in their court.. Also, if trustpilot wants to see the emails between us I can provide them to show this is not just retailigation, but the truth . Updated: You are unbelievable Amanda , the lies , the lies .. They are right , you care more about your reputation than your customers. You sent me crystallized produce, very evident in the photos I sent .. My main concern was not the AOD dissolving , it was the crystallization and the fact that none of the produce was even in powder form anymore , but turned into solid matter, which means the amino acids have been broken down , and not as effective . However you kept going on abt the way I reconstituted just one of the vials ( which is standard procedure to everyone but you ) . You were very rude and consistently blamed me for everything and ignored anything else I said that you couldn’t blame on me, like the state of the Chk-cu, that I haven’t even opened. You spoke very passively aggressively to me and seemed angry that I was even bothering you with my concerns. It was almost noon by the time I messaged and asked when you would be sending it . Do you remember what you wrote me back ? If I’m allowed I can copy & paste it here . I couldn’t believe what you said that to a customer!! And after that point I agree I was pretty cranky , but I only threatened to go public with your horrendous customer service . I was like you instigated a fight , so that you didn’t have to refund me . If it’s not abt the money and you are truly concerned about your customers get someone else from your large company to speak to me and help resolve this matter in a reasonable manner.
